Welcome to Customer Service
 

The mission of the Customer Service Department is the: "Commitment to the efficient use of our resources to provide the highest quality customer service delivered with a sense of respect, compassion and fiscal responsibility, which is the expectation of those we serve."

Customer Service is responsible for preparing monthly statements, processing payments establishing & discontinuing service, and responding to customer inquiries. Please feel free to contact us with any suggestions or questions that you have.

We currently accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards as a method of payment for your water bills.
